Attention all Wheelersburg Parents,
Wheelersburg Local Schools will be implementing a new registration and form portal, called Final Forms, for the 2023-2024 school year. In order for the roll out to go smoothly it is important that we have your correct email address. Please take the time before May 5 to log in to our current One View system and verify your email address. You may also contact your student's guidance office or the technology office and they can assist you.

On or around May 15 parents will receive an email invitation from Final Forms to setup your account. At that point you will be given the opportunity to submit your forms for the 2023-2024 school year early. If you are a parent of a Middle or High School student who participates in a sport that has summer workouts this will be your opportunity to complete the Emergency Medical Form for those workouts.
