The Wheelersburg Local Schools will hold Parent/Teacher Conferences as follows:

 

1) Wednesday, March 22, 2023 - There will be no school for preschool and kindergarten students.  Preschool and kindergarten conferences will be by appointment throughout the day.  

 

2) Thursday, March 23, 2023 – There will be no classes for students in the building. The staff will have professional development activities.

 

3) Thursday, March 23, 2023 – Transportation will be provided to students who attend classes at Portsmouth West Middle School, Valley Elementary, Minford Elementary, Bloom-Vernon Elementary, SCCTC, and CAPE.  The Transportation Department will send more information home with students on 3-20-23.

 

4) Thursday, March 23, 2023 - Conferences in grades PS-3 will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 & 5:30 - 8:30 pm (by appointment).   Conferences for grades 4-12 will be from 2:00 - 5:00 & 5:30 - 8:00 pm.  

 

The teachers will have a short dinner break from 5:00 - 5:30 pm.  

 

5) Friday, March 24, 2023, there will be no school in lieu of conferences.
