I am Morgan Allard-Kelley, the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Wheelersburg Middle School. In 2010, I earned my bachelor's degree from Shawnee State University. In 2017, I earned a master's degree in educational administration from Ohio University. I am proud to be a Pirate and to be part of such a dedicated community of teachers, administrators, students, and parents.
