Sealed bids will be received by Mark Knapp, Superintendent, Wheelersburg Local School District,
620 Center Street, PO Box 340, Wheelersburg, Ohio 45694. until
11:00 A.M. Local Time, Thursday, June 25, 2026
and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter, for furnishing the materials and performing
the labor for “New Soccer Fieldhouse”. Mark on the outside of the bid envelope “New Soccer
Fieldhouse”. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Ed Miller Stadium at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
The total estimated base bid cost of construction is $500,000.00, and shall be in accordance with the
drawings and specifications prepared by:

Contract documents may be obtained from TSHD Architects; electronic (PDF) upon request, or paper
copy @ $30.00 (All shipping costs by Contractor.) TSHD will maintain and disseminate all plan holder
information.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a BID GUARANTEE AND CONTRACT BOND as required by ORC
153.571 in an amount equal to the total sum of the bid, in lieu of a bond, a certified check, cashier's
check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid may be used.
Contractors and subcontractors for this project shall comply with all requirements of the Ohio Civil Rights
Act, and shall, if requested by governing bodies, supply all reports or other information requested by
them.
The Wheelersburg Local School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may
withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
