My name is Sandy Belford. This is my ninth year at Wheelersburg High School, teaching technology and College Credit Plus classes. I previously taught in the Washington Nile Local School District for six years and have been an adjunct/full-time temporary instructor at Shawnee State University since 2004.
I am a graduate of South Webster High School. After completing a two-year Computer Science program at Ohio University Southern, I attended Shawnee State University where I received an Associate and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. I have an MBA from the University of Findlay and completed coursework required for a PhD. (ABD) in business from Capella University. I completed the teacher licensure program at the University of Rio Grande. I am a lifelong learner and welcome opportunities to further my education.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and spending time with my grandkids. I also serve as the Vernon Township Fiscal Officer.
I am excited to meet my new students and look forward to the 2023-2024 school year.
