Welcome to my homepage!

My name is Andrew Heimbach and this will be my 22nd year of teaching, and my 15th year at Wheelersburg. I teach World History & Civilization as well as Intro to Personal Finance for freshmen.

The only classroom materials that students need are their school issued chrome books (fully charged), as well as a pencil for writing assignments.

I attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University and graduated from there in 2000. I received my master's degree in education from Marygrove College in 2005. Before being hired at Wheelersburg, I taught middle school and high school students in Ashville, Ohio at Teays Valley Schools from 2001-2008. I also serve as a varsity assistant coach on the baseball team in the spring. This year will definitely be different, but I am still looking forward to a great 2020-2021 school year!

-Marcus Garvey
