NEW System for Completing Beginning of Year Forms
The District is launching its online system for completing the beginning of the year forms. It is ready to accept beginning of the year forms now. OneView is where you will find the District's annual student forms that previously would have been turned in on paper the first week of school. Full detailed instructions for creating your account and completing the forms for your children are available here. After reviewing the instructions, click OneView to begin the process.  This year, you will have to enter information, but following years, the information youhave enntered will only need to be reviewed and updated.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  These forms must be submitted BEFORE high school students can pick up their school chromebook.
8th Grade Chromebooks
IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE:  Beginning this school year, we are extending the one-to-one chromebook program to 8th grade. This program has been very successful at the high school. In order to receive their school issued chromebooks, two things must occur. First, all beginning of the year forms must be submitted through the OneView system, and second, each 8th grader, accompanied by a parent or guardian, must attend one chromebook informational meeting. Currently those meetings are scheduled for Aug 26th and Aug 27th, from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the tiered room.  The District offers a Protection Plan, which costs $25.00 and covers two accidental damage costs during the school year. It is optional, but if you decide to take the plan, you must pay for it at the meeting you attend. Cash or checks made out to Wheelersburg Middle School are accepted.
